BGF Ultimate is an Ultimate Frisbee organization in LA that provides a fun, supportive, and affordable sports experience for socially and economically diverse members of the LGBT/Allied community.



We have monthly pick-up games in a local Los Angeles park where we  practice ultimate fundamentals and play scrimmage games.

We have seasonal tournaments to encourage healthy competititon here in SoCal and travel to the Sin City Shoot Out to compete with Ultimate Teams from across the country.
